How should I choose a tablecloth size?

Measure your table and compare it with the dimensions of the selected option. Allow for the amount of overhang you prefer.

Does a table setting include the props in the photo?

Check the product description and set contents. Plates, glasses and other styling items are not included unless explicitly listed.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT will be processed the next business day. After your order ships, Standard Shipping delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. Transit times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

How can I follow my delivery?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

How do I arrange a return?

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items received. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery confirmation to request a return. For non-defective products, we only accept returns if we sent you the wrong item. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size expectations, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery. For approved returns, we cover the return shipping cost. We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

After we receive your returned item, we typically complete the inspection and initiate your refund within 1-2 business days. Your refund is expected to reach your original payment method within 20 calendar days of our receipt of the returned item.
